Compensation is always negotiable. The amount you propose here is a starting point for discussion. Final compensation terms will be documented in your listing agreement, which you will have the opportunity to review, ask questions about, and sign before any commitment is made.
Buyer agent compensation is separate. This tool addresses listing agent compensation only. Any compensation offered to a buyer's agent is a separate discussion and decision that you, as the seller, will make with guidance from your listing agent. It is not required, and the amount, if any, is your choice.
No guarantees are made regarding sale price or timeline. The estimated property value you provide is for discussion purposes only. A formal Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) will be prepared during our consultation to help establish an informed listing price. Market conditions, property condition, and other factors influence the final sale price and timeline.
Service descriptions are general in nature. Specific deliverables, timelines, and any associated costs for add-on services will be discussed and agreed upon before your listing agreement is signed. Service availability may vary.
