Buy With a Plan, Not Just a Property Search
I guide buyers from consultation to closing with a clear process, strong representation, and fewer surprises.
Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you will make. Having a clear plan from day one puts you in control and reduces stress throughout the process. This guide walks you through every step so you know what to expect before you ever step inside a listing.
How I Work
My role is more than opening doors and writing offers. I act as your advisor, negotiator, and project manager from the first conversation through closing day and beyond. I set expectations early, communicate consistently, and make sure you understand every decision before you make it. When you work with me you get a defined process, not a guessing game.

Frequently Asked Questions
You are not required to have one, but working with a dedicated buyer agent means you have someone negotiating on your behalf, managing timelines, and protecting your interests throughout the transaction. In Indiana, buyer representation agreements are now required before touring homes.
From the time you go under contract, closing typically takes 30 to 45 days. The overall timeline from first consultation to keys depends on your readiness, search criteria, and market conditions. Most buyers spend 2 to 4 months from start to finish.
Buyer agent compensation is negotiated as part of the transaction. I will explain exactly how compensation works during our initial consultation so there are no surprises.
You can browse listings online anytime, but touring homes and writing competitive offers requires a pre-approval letter. Getting pre-approved first saves time and puts you in a stronger position when you find the right property.
